Having Left Bartra in June 2019, after four prosperous years as Director of Construction & Development, with a 100% record of successfully achieving planning permissions & development projects for Bartra Property Capital Group, Gráinne is reinstating Property Solutions Ltd., utilising her skills as a consultant in the property development process from conception to delivery.
Having recently been at the forefront and lead designer for Bartra in achieving the first communal living scheme in Ireland, Gráinne has highly developed design and planning skills in what is Ireland’s latest form of housing for young workers.
She has also delivered private residential schemes, P.R.S, office and nursing home schemes from site acquisition, feasibility studies, planning applications and grants thereof, construction tendering and completion, within time and budget constraints.
Gráinne and her team of specialist sub-consultants whom she employs on a project by project basis, have provided services to a wide variety of clients in putting together and delivering successful work out and restructuring plans for distressed assets in terms of debt reduction, arrears and overhead reduction, increased rent roll, change of use, statutory compliance and all other aspects involved in turning a distressed asset into an improved and performing asset.
Clients have included NAMA, AIB, Bank Of Ireland, Ulster Bank, RSMFGS, Duff and Phelps Grant Thornton, PWC, Hibernia Reit Plc, Live Nation Ireland, Local Authorities and Private Clients.
